runtime error fix not working

Hi,  I  too  had the runtime error message and windows closed malware...I tried ur fix but was not successful.  I uninstalled it and in trying to reinstall I got the same errors.  I did the net replacement bat. ..when I click on it as administrator it just flashed a black screen and disappeared.  no results with it.    Thank you.

• Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)

Hi Daledoc1...I did as instructed on the links you provided.  It worked Beautifully...I was able to reinstall MBAM run a complete scan and it found and removed 3 threats...You guys are the best.  Thanks a BRONTOBYTE
