Dashboard "Next Scheduled Scan" keeps displaying "1/07/2014"....

Recommended Posts

Hi guys

I have 2 PC's running and they both keep displaying "1/07/2014" for the "Next Scheduled Scan" on the Dashboard even though the current date is 18/07/2014 and the last scan was done on 17/07/2014......

Any ideas or is this a bug?

Yes, known "logging"/"cosmetic " bug, due for a fix.
It's a bit disconcerting, especially now that scheduled, clean scans in version 2 are "silent".
If you open the Dashboard > History > Application Logs, you ought to see that your scans are, in fact, running on schedule.
Just out of curiosity, was 1/7/2014 the last time those computers were rebooted?
(On my rigs, that date displayed for next scheduled scan usually coincides with the date the system was rebooted; the *time* of the scan is always correct.)

If those suggestions don't explain your issue, it might be worth some routine troubleshooting:

  • Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
  • If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs (the 3 logs are: FRST.txt, Addition.txt and CheckResults.txt)
  • NOTE: There is an FAQ section with valuable information located here - Common Questions, Issues, and their Solutions

Please let us know how it goes.

Hi DaleDoc1

Thanks for the quick reply.

I should have mentioned that the logs were showing that the scans were indeed running.

I just restarted my PC (18th July 2014) and it is now saying that the next scan is due on 19th July 2014....
