No Internet Connection with Malwarebyte

Hello,

 

Malwarebytes Premium v2014.07.17.08 wont let me connect to the internet. I have to uncheck "Malicious Website Detection" in order to connect to the internet.

 

I have 2 computers with Malwarebytes with no problems and I have this 1 with this problem. All computers are using Gdata Internet security 2014. I was thinking if its my router but the other 2 computer was working fine. Also change the rj45 cable just to make sure everything is fine.

 

First time I installed Malwarebytes, GData was already installed. I ran into this problem. Decided to do a format clean install of Win 7 64bit. Installed Malwarebytes and the same problem occur.

A couple of easy things to check:

 

First, please be sure your system date/time are correct.

Please be sure that your AV and firewall both give MBAM full permissions. It's possible that your AV or firewall might be treating the new build as a new program and may be blocking it -- the files that need to be excluded can be found HERE. Please post back if you need help with that.

If those suggestions don't resolve your issue:

• Please follow the steps in this pinned topic to uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs
