Greetings :)

I would like to have our Quality Assurance team test this software to see if we can reproduce the problem so that we can try to fix it. Would you please provide a link to the website where the Techland translator software may be downloaded?

This program was on the CD magazine "Computer World".

It weighs 220 MB.

Do you send a file to any server?

Excellent, thank you. I have passed along this information and the links to the installers to our Quality Assurance team for testing.

In the meantime, I do not know if you have tried this yet, but if you have not, please do so to see if it helps How do I stop Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from blocking a website or network program that I trust?.

Just follow the instructions in that guide for the Add Process function and add the program EXEs for your translation software.

Once that is done, please let us know if the sofware is working correctly or not.

Thanks

Hello again :)

One of our Developers wanted more information about the system in order to assist him with diagnosing the issue. If you don't mind, please do the following:

Create an mbam-check log:

  • Download mbam-check.exe from here and save it to your desktop
  • Double-click on mbam-check.exe to run it, it should then open a log file. You may close the log and then you'll find the text file called CheckResults.txt on your desktop.
  • Please attach the CheckResults.txt log to your next post
Thanks :)
