Malwarebytes and other anti-virus programs won't open.

I've got some virus/malware/something.  This morning my Windows wouldn't open up.  It got hung up after the login screen.  A system restore seems to have at least partially fixed that, though things are still slow.  However, none of my malware/virus programs (MalwareBytes, Avira, Norton) will open.  Chrome says it's been prohibited by the firewall and/or an anti-virus program from accessing the internet.  Firefox opens and accesses the internet but keeps crashing.   Yahoo mail won't load, that crashes the browser every time. 

 

I've uploaded the log files from running FRST below.  I'd be grateful for any help.
