Malwarebytes stops scanning

I just updated malwarebytes to 2.0.2 and started my custom scan and the scan has stopped at 547636 objects scanned and won't scan anything else, the scan has been going for 11 hours now. I normally don't get malware but this scan says there are 9 detected objects is the malware stopping the scan and is there a solution?
