Hello-

 

I am hoping someone can help me out with this issue. I recently starting having issues with streaming Netflix and Amazon Instant Video. When I play a movie, it eventually goes to a black screen with no audio or controls. Sometimes I get the pop-up that says a plugin is unresponsive, or Silverlight plugin unresponsive. I have tried all of the troubleshooting suggested by Netflix and Amazon. I have even uninstalled Silverlight and ran CCleaner registry cleaner and re-installed silverlight, and still no help. I am also having issues where my audio seems to go out. I have to reboot my laptop to get the audio back. I recently read another post on this site and ran the  RougeKiller program suggested in that post. Here is the log for that scan:
