Possibly infected PC

Recommended Posts

A few months ago I made a stupid decision and downloaded a torrented cracked game, my PC ending up drastically slowed down. Despite using Malwarebytes free scan and constant Avast! Antivirus protection, it still didn't solve my problem. I searched up for a solution online, so I uninstalled everything and cleared my temp.(Including drivers, which I reinstalled afterwards).I felt like my computer isn't quite the same as before, yet I rolled with it, as I observed an increase in performance again, until earlier today, when after scanning with another tool, found that I somehow still have a part of the torrented file, and quite some other malware. Should I remove them, or are they all downloads of a greater problem? I removed a few, and unsure what to do.I didn't touch the bit of the torrent yet in case it helps.
