New Malwarebytes download caused crash, will not reload...

I just ordered and paid for the 'Premium' version, after my free trial expired.

I was checking boxes in the 'Settings' page, clicked 'saved changes', and the laptop crashed.

I restarted the computer, uninstalled Malware, and reinstalled the program.

Now the program will not even launch: I cannot even get the dashboard page.

I am not a programmer, and the solutions that you've posted look complicated and involved.

Please explain what is going on, why this is happening, and what the best, simplest fix to this is.

What is going on is unacceptable.

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

I performed the steps outlined in part 1 above, and so far the program appears to be working properly:  2 full scans were completed without any freeze-ups or crashes.
