computer shuts down when running Malwarebytes scan

I just installed the software and started a scan. After something like 7 minutes the computer shuts down...

What should I do???

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

I got rid of the problem. Installing and running OTL.EXE (as I found in another thread) solved the problem.

Glad you resolved your problem... OTL is a tool that is used to diagnose a computer for a possible malware presence and to provide system diagnostics information that can be used by someone working on a computer, you must exercise caution with its use as using it incorrectly can corrupt your OS.
