Hello Lud:

The logs indicate the MBAM application did not receive a database update after the re-installation. Also the FRST.txt log is inexplicably incomplete. Your system event logs seem to be showing irregularities consistent with a problematic install of Windows itself.

I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.
