Your System Is Not Fully Protected

I purchased Malwarebytes Premium 3-4 weeks ago, and now when I open it,it say "Your System Is Not Fully Protected" and there's a green button that says 'Fix Now', but when I click it nothing happens. I've also lost my Real-Time Protection and it won't let me download any Updates.

Sorry your having issues with Malwarebytes....

First things first, lets see if you have any unresolved detections that need attention.

Open up Malwarebytes, Then click on the Scan tab.

Do you have any detected items that need to be Quarantine there?

Glad that worked for you, also yes it most likely will work again should you re-encounter this issue, however we would hope that the issue would not keep re-occurring on your system. If it does continue, then post the logs mentioned in step 2 of the instructions provided above so further diagnostics can be done.
