undeletable recycle bin files

Hi, I have three undeletable files in my recycle bin:

 

1) Di256 (file): S-1-5-21-1220945662-1957994488-682003330-1004

 

2) SP3QFE(file): 0eeea829341cb5b55814320b99089c

 

3) Update(file): 0eeea829341cb5b55814320b99089c

 

I performed a scan twice and it did not detect any malware or virus, could you tell me if they are viruses or some sort of Malware? if so how can I delete them. Thank You.
