not responding after completed scan

hello, I did search and found similar topic be unsure if same fix applies in my situation.  

 

after completed scan, not responding, let it sit for few hours, did not help.

 

i ran the 2 dds programs with antivirus OFF and files attached

Please restart your computer and retry what ever was not responding. If the trouble is present after the restart, please tell us what is not responding. Please be as detailed as you can be.

And if while you experience un-responsiveness, please read the following and individually attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.

The 3 files, from Step 2, to be individually attached from your desktop are: 1) CheckResults.txt 2) FRST.txt 3) Addition.txt. Please do not Copy and Paste them into a reply.

accidentally attached addition.txt and frst.txt twice, it is the same data

The logs indicate the computer is probably infected and malware removal actions are not permitted in this sub-forum.
