I will try the re-install first.

 

That said, I don't think I can remember (or have) my login/ID details. Is that located somewhere on my computer?

By Login ID, do you mean your ID and KEY for Malwarebytes?

You should contact cleverbridge.....

When you get the email Print it out

Malwarebytes Tech support does not have any access to, or information pertaining to any sales\shipping\user account\registration issues.
