[SOLVED] Office 2010 license

Recommended Posts

I have recently received pop ups telling me that Malware Bytes Anti Exploit beta has expired and that I should contact you to obtain a new version.  Firstly I am unable to un-install the application from my computer and secondly since this pop-up I have been receiving messages when opening any Office 2010 application advising me that my version of office is not activated. I'm not sure how this is possible as I have purchased Office 2010.

I am running Windows 7 64bit, the version of MBAE 0.09.5.1000.

Please help

Welcome for the forum. Please follow these steps to upgrade your installation of MBAE:

1- Close all your open applications (browsers, Office, etc.)

2- Click Start, Control Panel, Programs and Features, select Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit and click uninstall.

3- Reboot

4- Make sure C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit is gone. If it's still there, delete it.

5- Download and install the new MBAE from http://www.malwarebytes.org/products/antiexploit/

Please note that as of the latest version of MBAE you will not receive these expiration messages anymore as MBAE is out of beta. Both MBAE Free and Premium will upgrade automatically and transparently to newer versions.
