Cannot remove "PUP.Optional.HelperBar.A

First, please be sure to check that MBAM is configured to remove PUPs (see screenshot).

If necessary, change the setting and then rescan.

 

We cannot work on malware related issues in this section of the forum.
So, if that doesn't resolve the issue, or if you need more help, then I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.
