Over 90% off our cients have stopped updating since 7/1

Starting on 7/1 the vast majority of our clients have stopped updating via the Enterprise install we have. The odd part is a few are updating just fine. When you push a new DB to a client the log shows it was completed, but the signatures don't get updated and the bubble pops up saying your database is out of date by x amount of days.

 

Now if you try a manual update you get this error:

 

PROGRAM_ERROR_UPDATING (0,0, Metadata integrity failure)

 

Also it appears you cant submit a support ticket today. When I try  you don't get auto reply or any other indication it was submited

 

We are running Enterprise version 1.3.0.1936
