MBAM won't run

Having the exact same problem, and a clean uninstall, reactivation, did not solve the problem. Had no issues with the program I installed on a new laptop one week ago. Love the product - found and eliminated 435 items from my son's laptop that were a royal pain on IE, but this disabling button is quickly disabling my sanity.  Thanks for all trying to provide a fix.  I e-mailed the website but was told 3-4 days, will wait and take the laptop offline until then.

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Each computer is unique.

Problems that sound "the same" most often are not.

The same is true for solutions.

They most often need to be individualized.

It is less confusing for everyone if we try to stick to "one user per topic".

You mentioned that you have already tried a clean reinstall once.

Assuming that you followed the recommended steps in the tutorial linked below, you might wish to start with step #2 (the diagnostic logs):

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back attached to your next reply the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs
