Anti rootkit error code:20025

Hi there,  I have just got the same error when i tried to scan.  It came up with error code:20025 and told me that i didn't have driver for the anti rootkit part of mbam.  I have been using this for months without incident so why would this suddenly happen?  Can someone please help me out with this as i really do want to use the anti rootkit scan.

 

I am also attaching the check results that i got from clicking the link that you gave someone else who had the same problem.

First simply try and reboot the computer and see if the issue remains... if it does see below...

Let's try this first....

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the 3 requested logs - Diagnostic Logs

  (the three files should be CheckResults.txt, FRST.txt and Addition.txt)

I just did the re-boot and got the message *unable to load the Anti-Rootkit driver error code:20025.

 

So i will now follow your other instructions

I reinstalled like you said and did a scan with rootkit enabled and it worked!
