Can`t start windows after Malwarebytes scan.

Okay so i know next to nothing about computers, i ran ure anti malware program and restarted my pc like it asked me to, now when i boot it up the desktop is black, i cant see anything. I can start it in safe mode tho. When i start it normally all i can access is the process manager. Now i know you may want to look at my Malwarebyte scan log, but i have deleted Malwarebytes so i dont know if i can get it back somehow.

 

I would love quick response on this please!

Im pretty sure it has got something to do with the HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE Shell.
