Installed and ran Malwarebytes, now machine won't boot

I installed and ran Malwarebytes on one of my machines. Now, after logging in, in normal and safe mode, the screen goes black; although the cursor is visible and can be moved. I've run Farbar and attached the FRST text file. What's going on with this machine?

 

I installed Malwarebytes on another machine and the same thing happened. I was able to log in in safe mode and restore the system to a point before the install. That machine works okay now. I've removed Malwarebytes from it.

 

Any help with the affected machine appreciated.... Thanks.
