Databases Not Updating automatically

I have version 2.0.2.1012. Multiple times every day I am asked to update my databases as they are out of date via pop ups. I click the Fix Now button and nothing happens. I have gone to the website and downloaded the program daily for 4 days. Is there a way to fix this issue?

If the Clean Removal Process did not include the use of mbam-clean.exe, then please consider starting at step #1. If your re-install effort did include mbam-clean.exe, then follow the instructions within the pinned topic What to do: Runtime error - database stuck on 2014.03.04 - program stopped.

• Please try the following and let us know if this corrects your issue: MBAM Clean Removal Process 2.x.
• If that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and attach the 3 requested logs in a reply to this thread: Diagnostic Logs.
• The 3 files, from Step 2, to be attached from your desktop are: 1) CheckResults.txt 2) FRST.txt 3) Addition.txt. Please do not Copy and Paste them into a reply.
