PUP detected by ESET but not MBAM

ESET detected to following:

 

hxxp://dl.downloadiechahrixiew.com/n/3.1.12/12726433/Setup.xxx - a variant of Win32/FirseriaInstller.H potentially unwanted application - unable to clean

 

I've run MBAM and it doesn't pick up this PUP.  Threat was detected by ESET upon access to web by the application: C:\Program Files\Internet Explorer\iexplorer.xxx

I'm afraid this process is above my pay grade.  I did a file search in virustotal and the file was not found.  I tried to upload to virustotal and got this message:

The file name is not valid.

 

I than ran 2 scans on the file that was saved as a .docx and .xml but nothing was detected.  However, since I don't know what I am doing....I don't know if I accomplished anything. .
