SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed

Just installed Malwarebytes but I can't do a scan - the Pre-Operation Scan fails with this:

  'SDKDatabaseLoadDefaults failed with code: 2'

 

It has also come up with a code of 1812.

 

Not sure what i can do next to get it working?

• Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2x

After reviewing your logs, it shows that you are running this on Windows Server ® 2008 Standard Service Pack 2.

Malwarebytes was not designed to work on server platforms, further more if you are using the consumer version of Malwarebytes on a business system/environment that is against the EULA.

If you have a business license for Malwarebytes you can post in the business section of the forum HERE or contact support HERE

My apologies, I hadn't realised that Malwarebytes was not designed for Windows Server. I was just looking at getting it going then getting the business licence. But that doesn't seem to be applicable.

Malwarebytes has many business customers that run their product on servers, but you will have to work with the business section to get it licensed and working... Thanks for understanding...
