Malicious Website Protection blocking all HTTP

Hi 
I have to turn off website protection to access pretty much any site. I believe it blocks 100% of sites for me including this one. However a couple of programs I have that use internet seem to work (eg Skype). I have to turn it off to even make this post.
Attached are the logs you guys request.

Please let me know what I can do.

I have no way to edit my OP it seems but before I get asked, I already followed the clean reinstall guide with the result being the same.

The logs indicate that the computer is probably either infected or is experiencing software conflicts or damage from a previous infection.

 

I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.

Basically post your same logs in a new topic in the removal forum as listed above.
