same problem - MBAM premium says I am not protected.  Settings->Detection and Protection shows that Malicious Website Protection is disabled.  I enable it and it goes right back to disabled.

I did  clean removal and reinstall as instructed.  The problem was corrected until a reboot, then it was right back.

I have attached the three requested logs.

Hi, and :welcome: , lindamcassidy1:

Sorry to hear you are having issues.

Each computer is unique.

Problems that sound "the same" most often are not.

The same is true for solutions.

They most often need to be individualized.

It is less confusing for everyone if we try to stick to "one user per topic".

Please start a NEW, SEPARATE topic using the cjfj.png button.

The staff and experts will be able to more easily provide both you and the OP with individual help to get you both up and running.

Thanks for your patience and understanding,

Firefox

  • Root Admin

The logs indicate that this is probably a Work computer. If so do you have Admin rights on the system and the official or legal right to work on malware detection and removal on this system?

If the answer is yes then I would suggest following the advice from the topic here Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and having one of the Experts assist you with looking into your issue.

Thanks
