I can't remove the advertisements of Pirrit Suggestor and proxyserversettings are resetting

Dear sir, madam,

 

I'm using Google Chrome. At the moment I have two problems:

 

1. On every website I visit, words are highlighted with an advertisement. More information about these advertisements, reveals that the PirritSuggestor extension is responsible for it. However, the extension is not located in the extensions list. How can I remove the extension?

 

2. I also noticed when my computer starts up to desktop and my internet connection is established, I still cannot enter websites due to my proxysettings. I always have to turn the box of in proxysettings --> lansettings. After this action I can enter internet directly. However, every time the settings reset itself so I have to repeat this action every time I enter internet after restarting my PC. Does this connect to the Pirritsuggestor problem? How can I make the settings permanent?
