mp3jam, Malware installer?

I stumbled across this site/software and thought I would take a look. I soon killed the installer when I noticed it appeared to be installing some odd things on my PC. The strange thing is I couldn't seem to find anything about it on google, anyone else had any issues with it?

I think we would need more information in order to better assist you, in the correct area of the forum (which this is NOT).

 

If you think you might be infected, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will assist you with checking your computer for malware and with any needed cleanup.

 

OTOH, if you have a possible malware file that you think might not already be detected by the MBAM database, then I suggest that you please start with the instructions in >>this pinned topic<< and >>this pinned topic<<, followed by a new topic in the Research Center >>here<<.  The Research Team will evaluate the file for possible inclusion in the detection database.

over at "major geeks" i found this :
