HKLM\SOFTWARE\MICROSOFT\WINDOWS\CURRENTVERSION\RUN|LENOVO.TPKNRRESC:\Program Files\Lenovo\Communications Utility\LibStartStub.dll I think these are probably false positives. Unfortunetly the file was quarentined and removed on reboot so I can't restore the file to send it to you. If I attempt to restore the file, the "Can't restore an item marked for deletion on reboot" error is shown. Is there anything I might be able to do to help determine whether these items are false positives?
