The basic problem is that after 5-6 runs at different times and after several clean uninstalls and re-installs of MBAM, the scan runs perfectly well up to the Heuristics Analysis scan and then will not finish. I have to CANCEL and lose all the threats so far accumulated. All my scans have been over 1.1/2 hours with 2.1/2 and 2.1/4 hours being the longest. The 3 files needed for examination have been sent and checked over, with no positive conclusion as to why this over-run is taking place.1. CheckResults.txt2. FRST.txt3.
