It gives the message that can not connect to proxy server. can I follow the same steps as you mentioned for tg87 on your 22 June post. Thanks in advance for your help. I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.
