Hi,

My Malwarebytes Anti Malware is not responding when I try to run a scan. It says potential threats detected.. a PUP.TidyNetwork error.  When I click to try and "quarantine it" my computer freezes.  I tried running Malwarebytes Chameleon with no avail.  I ran the Farbar Recovery Scan Tool per website instructions.  I am sending the requested logs.  I have a Windows 7 64-bit computer.

Any help will be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

Paige

Hi:

Welcome. :)

When you click on "quarantine all" it will give you the message that it is done cleaning, however, its not really done, its probably still doing work in the background. Let it sit for a little while and see if it finishes the cleanup and then you get prompted to reboot.... https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/151720-malwarebytes-crashes-2-seconds-after-clicking-apply-actions/#entry847750

Having said that, there's something wrong with those logs -- they are unintelligible code. :(

Let's try starting from scratch with routine troubleshooting:

Alternatively, if you think you are infected, then the best bet might be to head straight over to the malware removal section or help desk to get cleaned up.  To do that, please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.

Thanks,
