Runtime error 399

I can't run Malwarebytes, it instantly comes up with an error message when i try and open it that reads "Runtime error 399 Component 'vbalsgrid6.ocx' 

 

i followed this thread but it didn't work:

but it didn't work =/  The problem started when i cliked safe mode and the computer crashed after that i can't open Malwarebytes.
