Database will not update

I have a message on screen asking me to update the database.  However the link does not work.  I upgraded my version in April of 2014. Anyway to contact Malware directly.

If I may, in addition to 1PW's excellent advice...

 

One quick thing to check for this problem before attempting the reinstall: 

Click the "Scan" link at the top of the main dashboard.

If there are scan detections waiting for your action, then the program will not update.

If you deal with them (e.g. quarantine), then you will be able to update.

 

If that doesn't resolve your issue, then by all means, absolutely please follow 1PW's excellent advice.
