Program stops working after quarantine

I am using the latest free version 2.02.1012 on Windows 7 32 bit, and IE 11.  After a scan I am told that Malware is present, mainly Pups.  After clicking on quarantine the program mists over and inform me that it is closing down.  If I restart the program, the Malware is indeed shown to be in quarantine, but another immediate scan shows the same Malware, and yet again the program closes after clicking on quarantine.  I have e mailed the vendors, but am told that there could be several days reply before an answer can be sent due to huge demand.

 

Can anyone offer a solution please?  I have tried uninstalling and cleaning up with C Cleaner, followed by a restart and reinstallation of the program.
