The issue disappeared after I played around in safe mode for about half a day, but now I'm finding random apps/files that I do not recall downloading. I tried re-installing MBAM and I'm now unable to update or run scans with MBAM but can install it onto my system. Any help would be appreciated in figuring out this issue.
