Is this is normal MBAM support to crash ppl Windows?

Hi

Using Windows 7 pro

My problems starts 24.06.2014

Malwarebytes support tell my need some logs coz MBAM be crashed

(My pc works good always)

first tell me do farbar recovery scan - all be ok

2. tell me use JRT and ADWcleaner - all be ok

3.last time 25.06.2014 the ask to using Combofix

They not warm me about what Combofix can do to my pc

After i mail answer with logs MBAM support stop answer me what to do later

After Combofix using i got some problem:

Default browser not IE - but from Google Talk messenger still checking Inbox now Always opens IE ?!?

Some system folders maked Visible "Boot" and "Recovery"

 

So im think i uninstall combofix and them make system restore from restore point

And i got Combofix kill All restore points

 

plz help me back windows to normal settings!!!

with normal default browser opens and invisible system directories!!!

any way to descard changes???

It is confusing for everyone and wastes precious support resources to be working on the same problem in 2 places (forum and help desk).
