Rogue.Multiple file

I also have a Rogue.Multiple file that has been confirmed as malware, there is no other detected malware and  the directory is C:\ProgramData\374311380 can you tell me if this is a false positive? Its only a folder there is nothing inside so i dont know how to go about uploading it

Please read the following and post back the requested logs.
 
Diagnostic Logs

 

Please open Malwarebytes Anti-Malware and from the Dashboard please Check for Updates by clicking the Update Now... link
Open up Malwarebytes > Settings > Detection and Protection > Enable Scan for rootkits, Under Non Malware Protection set both PUP and PUM to Treat detections as malware.
Click on the SCAN button and run a Threat Scan with Malwarebytes Anti-Malware by clicking the Scan Now>> button.
Once completed please click on the History > Application Logs and find your scan log and open it and then click on the "copy to clipboard" button and post back the results on your next reply.

I have been having exactly the same issue, as well as a recurring finding of an astromedia key in my directory. This followed an upgrade of Flash from a bogus site that downloaded a bunch of crap and hijacked my homepage. Here is the log I find every time I run Malawarebytes.

Your screenshot shows that you're infected.
 

We can't work on malware diagnostics and removal in this sub-section of the forum.

So, for expert assistance, I suggest that you please follow the advice in this pinned topic: Available Assistance For Possibly Infected Computers.
A malware analyst will guide you through the cleanup process.
