Computer is Crashing/Freezing, Suspect Malware

Hey guys, I just have some concerns regarding my computer. My little brother and sister have used it a lot while I was gone for a while, and it has been acting up a lot lately. It has been crashing, freezing, and giving me the blue screen. I suspect that there is some malware on the computer and I do have Avast and Malwarebytes. I ran a couple scans and they did not find anything. Any suggestions?
