safe search ch showed up as my home page////whats up??

Your post reads as if your browser's home page was changed either by your not realizing it and agreeing to it during the installation of software or, by the surreptitious means of malware.
 
Please update your Malwarebytes Anti-Malware database and run a full Threat Scan to its conclusion. Even if MBAM does identify and mitigate the malware responsible, you will probably need to change the home page back to the one you desire.
 
If the above is not successful, I recommend following the advice from the topic: Available Assistance for Possibly Infected Computers and have one of the Malware Removal Experts assist you with your issue.

If, as recommended, you do open a topic in Malware Removal Help, please make reference to this thread.

said it found no threats but it now wont allow me to turn on my security center. and wont allow me to change my home page to google...it keeps it as Safe search.ch
