recurrent popup on same web site blocked with no INFO

The same popup keeps popping up for the same site which Anti-malware Premium which is listed as "outgoing".  But no domain or other identification of the web site being blocked is given --- And it keeps coming up.  I don't know whether to exclude it or not because there is not any information except a numerical sequence of numbers punctuated as 88.214.193.211 and a port of zero is given and that it is "outbound". 

 

I can't submit a ticket for support because the form does not recommend any of my emails as "valid"   And, of course, no one answers the telephone at the MalwareBytes location in San Jose.

Is there no mention of the process as well?  Because ot me it sounds as if you are infected, and that you should read and follow the advice in this post:  https://forums.malwarebytes.org/index.php?/topic/119858-available-assistance-for-possibly-infected-computers/
