Possible malwarebytes, No Internet connection

Hello,

I recently noticed some mild adware on my system, so I installed malwarebytes and ran a scan, and it came up with a good number of PUPs. I quarantined, restarted and removed them using Malwarebytes tools and now I cannot access the Internet.

I have restarted into safe mode with networking with no joy on the Internet access and am currently running a full scan on my SSD, and my HDD. I also have an external hard drive with my backups however I cannot access it in safe mode.
