Costmin driving me mental

[IAREFREAK]

So it seems I've somehow installed costmin, I'm not getting spammed with useless ads whilst I browse the internet. I've searched online for a solution but regardless how many times I remove it as soon as I restart my PC it's back in my extensions in chrome.

 

I've tried the following programs:

AVG

YAC

Anti-Malware

Herd Protect

Depth Clean Up Junk Files

 

 

It doesn't seem to matter what I do as soon as I restart my PC costmin returns, taunting me with these useless adverts. 

 

Anyone have a solution for this?
