Purchased Malware, then updated to latest version, and received the error message. Having major problems with adware. I can hardly search online because of massive redirection to various sites. Tried everything I know to remove the adware. I am a college student and lost with this issue...can anyone help?

 

Malware tells me its protected and clean. In addition, I have a register cleaner that says same thing. Cannot find "offers wizard" anywhere in control panel, programs, or internet settings, add ons, extensions, etc. Deleted browsing, and cookies. Ran multiple scans, and still nothing. The problem is getting worse and afraid something evil is about to happen to my pc. AND after I purchased and updated Malwarebytes it won't even open, gives me the error message MBAM_ERROR_LOAD_DATABASE. Please if anyone can help...
