Malware? False posittive? Help SysWOW64 winmonitor.exe

Hey can someone give me assistance please. Malwarebytes keeps popping up every once in awhile and tells me that it caught an infection. Funny thing I even did a full scan with malwarebytes and does not even find it. I just recently did a full restore of the computer. Can someone tell me what to do? If you have questions or need me to do something else just please ask. Please and thanks in advanced.
