MBAM not loading.

hi only new so please bear with me. have recently done a scan[6days ago.]found 2 trojans.and now cant load mbae [comes with a check on line close program message box.[program  not responding.] have had a scout around site[dam its huge.] can't seem to see any other with this issue? could it be the trojans i only q them,should i have removed altogether?also run spybot and kaspersky.[i drive for a living so am away from computer days at a time so it might take me awhile to respond please understand that i don't get on line often.any help greatly appreciated.
