MBAM can't start, APPCRASH. MBAM crashes when trying to run MBAM

OK so I've got a problem with MBAM. It won't start, it just crashes all the time. I have re-installed it numerous times and still the same result. I also uninstalled EMET because I thought it might be having issues running along side it but nope it still crashes.
