Why my downloaded files corrupted?

I would like to ask your assistance on why my files all corrupted whenever i downloaded it. it clearly stated that i had downloaded it full, however whenever i try to open the file, it will state that my files are all corrupted. this happens to my video too. whenever i downloaded it, it showed that it is already complete, however when i want to watch it, the video can't even be played. please help me. thanks!
