bmullin Posted June 18, 2014 ID:843083 Share Posted June 18, 2014 I'm using MWB V2 on two Dell XPS desktop PC's. On one PC the MWB icon appears on the systray and on the other it does not. I've checked the Services and MWB is running so there's no real problem. But I was wondering why the icon appears in the systray with one PC and not the other. Thanks! daledoc1 Posted June 18, 2014 ID:843196 Share Posted June 18, 2014 Hi: It's impossible to say what's going on with the missing system tray icon without a bit more info, e.g. OS version, whether you are running Free or Premium, and what the main dashboard looks like when you open it from your desktop shortcut (are you "fully protected"?). In any event, have you rebooted the system at least once since installing/upgrading to version 2?If that doesn't resolve the issue, here's the routine troubleshooting procedure:Please uninstall your current version of MBAM and reinstall the latest build - MBAM Clean Removal Process 2xIf that does not correct the issue, then please read the following and post back the requested logs - Diagnostic LogsNOTE: There is an FAQ section with valuable information located here - Common Questions, Issues, and their SolutionsPlease post back and let us know how it goes.
